Remixx Store Manager Position

 

 

Remixx Ice Cream + Cereal Bar is a brand new ice cream experience where life is anything but vanilla and you get to be the DJ of your own dessert! Guests pick from all different cereals, mix-ins and drizzles to create the perfect sweet treat! We exude a casual, friendly attitude no matter what. Preferred Qualifications:

A high school diploma and at least 3 years’ experience in a food/retail service environment, including a minimum of 2+ years supervisory experience of a team of at least 5 team members OR

An Associate’s degree and/or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years’ experience in a food/retail service environment, including a minimum of one (1) year supervisory experience of a team

The ability to lift up to 40 pounds, as needed

The Job:

You will have total responsibility for all aspects of the store and its operations. This means you will be in charge of providing superior customer service, interviewing, hiring, training, and coaching a team of world-class associates, and driving store sales through promotional activities, merchandising techniques and local marketing. The role is for the Cleveland store location and may include off-site catering opportunities

Pay:

Dependent on experience

Quarterly bonuses

Minimum of 35 hours / week + revenue opportunities on the food truck
